This show has taken over my life…it is AMAZING. I am totally in love with Tony Goldwin, Kerry Washington is beyond fabulous. And the icing on the cake? Kate Burton is the VP!! Seriously, between Scandal and General Hospital (My first TV obsession), Elizabeth and Richard are a major part of both (E was Helena Cassadine on GH, Richard’s daughter is Sally Langston on Scandal), even if by extension. Such a weird, yet fitting coincidence.
Have I mentioned what a great actress Kate is? She is fantastic!! Even her voice sounds like the female equivalent of Richard’s. It’s eerie but it makes me happy…I know he’d be so proud of her.

“Our Love is so furious that we burn each other out”
Well, first of all, you must realize that I worship you. Second of all, at the expense of seeming repetitive, I love you. Thirdly, and here I go again with my enormous command of language, I can’t live without you. Thirdly, I mean fourthly, you have an enormous responsibility, because if you leave me I shall have to kill myself. There is no life without you, I’m afraid. And I am afraid. Afeared. In terms of my life, scared. And fifthly, and I hope I will never repeat myself, I fancy you.

“I have a fondness for almost all Greek things”
“As an almost all Greek thing, I’m flattered”
Aww, thank you Richard/Mark Antony…I, another (actually, 25%) almost all Greek thing am flattered too :)
This is one of my all-time favorite movie quotes for OBVIOUS reasons. These two are my karma, I swear.
But I will never be free of you…
My favorite on screen couple.. Kate & Petruchio
“I love her for her mind... It is inscrutable. She is like a poem”
“I might run from her for a thousand years and she is still my baby child. Our love is so furious that we burn each other out.” RICHARD BURTON
Wishing you a Sunday Kinda Love
